The region around the upper course of the Vrbas River is not one of BiH's top tourist destinations, yet it remains appealing. It is named after Usko Polje (en. Narrow Field), a narrow field that stretches along the Vrbas River from Gornji Vakuf to Donji Vakuf.
This area offers the opportunity to visit the town and regional center of Bugojno (2) the Rostovo Recreation and Ski Center (1), the old town of Prusac and the Ajvatovica pilgrimage site (3), the towers in the village of Odžak (4), the excursion site along the Semešnica River, where you can enjoy a picnic (5) or the authentic mountain village of Hum (6).
