How the book has been born?

The idea for the book came quite by accident. Fascinated by the beauty of the country, I was regularly spending my holidays in Bosnia and Herzegovina, visiting known and unknown tourist destinations. I have created a photo album in book format containing a selection of the best photographs taken until the year 2010. The album has attracted much attention, primarily due to the beautiful pictures of nature. Driven by my desire to show others the good side of Bosnia and Herzegovina, I have decided to embark on the adventure of publication of the book by myself.
Already in the following year, I used my whole vacation to visit additional destinations and publish my first book noncommercial character named "23 unforgettable days in Bosnia and Herzegovina". The book was bilingual in English and Bosnian and it was a great/good business card for further cooperation with many tourist workers throughout Bosnia and Herzegovina. This was the motivation for me, with better photo equipment, to check additional tourist destinations and to complete text descriptions, all with the aim to give the reader enough information in advance to gain a picture of the total tourist offer of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
In May 2014, the first edition of the book "Come, Enjoy, Pass It On BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA" was published in four languages: English, German, Bosnian and Turkish. The book was very well received from the start, primarily by tourists visiting Bosnia and from Bosnians who live all around the world. The book was soon found on the shelves of more bookstores in the center of Vienna, and thanks to its quality and originality, quickly included in the assortment of one large German distributor of books. This resulted in the book being offered by Amazon portals in Europe, in America and in Japan, all major bookstores in German-speaking countries, as well as numerous online portals.
After less than 12 months, in mid-2015, the publication of the second edition in German and Bosnian language, as well as of the first edition in Italian language took place.
For me, as author and publisher, this is a huge success. Of course, behind all this there is huge effort and a lot of invested hours of work: At first when choosing the destinations, then visiting and photographing them, writing text, choosing the best photos, sorting, creating layout, drawing accompanying maps, designing web pages, working on promotion, and much more.
